Diana Kenealy is currently serving as a Duke Law Fellow in Public International Law and Human Rights at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia since April 2024, after completing a similar fellowship with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights from September 2023 to April 2024. Kenealy has gained valuable experience through legal internships with the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, the U.S. Department of State's Office of the Legal Adviser, and the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Kenealy also contributed as a Submissions Editor for the American Journal of International Law and worked as a Legal Analyst at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP. Kenealy's educational background includes a JD/LLM in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law and a degree from Princeton University. Additionally, Kenealy has participated in a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on International Relations and Political Economy.
