Subasree Cidambi

Manager, Release Train Program Management at ExtraHop

Subasree Cidambi has extensive experience in program management, agile/scrum methodology, and product development. Subasree is currently working as a Principal Program Manager at ExtraHop, where they lead ML-based security and threat research programs and launches SaaS-based cloud security solutions. In this role, they collaborate with various teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-quality products on time. Subasree also serves as a scrum master and product owner, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution.

Prior to their current role, Subasree worked at AT&T as a Program Manager/Scrum Master/Product Owner. Here, they implemented agile/scrum principles and methodology across multiple scrum teams, leading the effort to roll out SAFe for key initiatives. Subasree managed project schedules, facilitated agile ceremonies, resolved issues between product owners and development teams, and standardized requirements and documentation across applications.

Before joining AT&T, Subasree held roles at GlobalScholar as a Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Subasree gathered and prioritized business requirements, wrote functional specifications, and coordinated development and testing activities. Additionally, they worked closely with clients and technical writers to ensure successful project completion.

Subasree's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Manager at Customer Dynamics Group Inc., an Adjunct Faculty at Mt. San Antonio College, and an E-Commerce Consultant/Business Advisor at Small Business Development Center East Los Angeles County. In these roles, they provided marketing strategies, contributed to education curriculum development, conducted workshops for small business owners, resolved e-commerce issues, and represented organizations at trade fairs and community events.

Subasree Cidambi holds an MBA in Information Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, they have a certification in SaFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) from SAFe.
