Bieke Van Gorp is a seasoned professional in the MedTech sector, serving as Co-Founder and CBDO of FibriCheck since August 2014, a company dedicated to enhancing cardiac care through innovative software solutions. In September 2022, Bieke co-founded Extra Horizon, a back-end-as-a-service platform aimed at streamlining the development of medical applications. Additionally, Bieke contributes as a board member of strategic advisors at EIT Health, providing guidance on program growth. Previous experience includes roles as M&A Manager and Finance Officer at Pomin, Associate Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas Fortis, and an International Management Trainee in various banking sectors, including M&A and acquisition finance in New York.
