Alois Silvestre has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT and telecommunications industry. Alois started their career as a Radio Engineer at Bouygues Telecom, where they gained experience in 2G radio planning and optimization. Alois then moved on to Siemens as a Radio Engineer, specializing in UTRAN performance monitoring. Alois then joined Nokia Networks, where they worked as a Project Manager, leading network planning and optimization projects for a French mobile operator. Alois also served as a Senior Project Manager, leading strategic projects for another French mobile operator. In 2014, Alois joined Extia, initially as a Senior Business Manager and later as a Business Unit Manager, responsible for developing IT activities and coaching junior business managers. In 2023, they became the Director at Extia Belgium IT. Throughout their career, Alois has demonstrated a strong track record of project management, business development, and leadership.

Alois Silvestre earned an Engineering Master's degree in Telecommunications and Radio Network Engineering from Polytech'Nice-Sophia in 2003. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's degree (DEA) in Propagation, Telecommunication, and Teledetection from Université Côte d'Azur.
