Andrew Smith is an experienced Events Marketing Manager currently employed at Exterro since October 2023. Previously, Andrew served as People and Culture Manager and Loyalty and Events Manager at IKEA from June 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included planning internal events, overseeing HR functions, and managing event marketing strategies. Prior experience also includes a role as Production Supervisor (Events) at the City of Plano, where Andrew coordinated various city-produced events and supervised staff and volunteers.
