Nilesh R. has a strong background as a Business Analyst, with experience working for multiple companies. Nilesh started their career at Velociter Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 and worked there until 2019. During this time, they excelled in eliciting requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis. In 2019, Nilesh joined Inventive IT as a Senior Business Analyst, where they focused on creating important documents like BRD's and FRD's and utilized wireframing tools like MS Visio, Axure RP, and Balsamiq. Currently, Nilesh is working at Extentia Information Technology as a Business Analyst, demonstrating strong skills in understanding the needs of organizations and stakeholders and converting them into solution requirements.

Nilesh R. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2011 and 2013.
