Esther Kook has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Esther is currently a Customer Success Manager at Extensiv, where they work on enhancing warehouse operational performance using a state-of-the-art warehouse management system. Prior to this, Esther worked as a National Account Manager at Cogent Communications, providing fiber solutions to enterprise accounts globally. At LEDCONN Corp., they served as an Account Manager, providing LED lighting products to large enterprise accounts and managing up to 50 customers. Esther also has experience as an Account Executive at Managed Resources, Inc., where they provided revenue cycle and staffing services to healthcare organizations. Additionally, they worked as a New Business Account Manager and Multi-Life Accounting Coordinator at Pacific Life during their time with Innovative Career Resources, Inc. Throughout their career, Esther has been responsible for understanding customer needs, building relationships, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities.

Esther Kook completed their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2012 at UC Irvine. Esther pursued a degree in Art History, with a focus on Art History, Criticism, and Conservation.
