Karen Creamer is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a diverse background spanning several companies. Currently serving as the Client Communications Manager at ExtensisHR since February 2021, Karen creates and manages informational content for clients and employees, utilizing the Pardot platform for targeted communication. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Manager at Selective Insurance Company of America, where effective employee communications were developed and delivered. Karen has also held positions as Manager of Sales & Marketing at Meyer and Associates, Marketing Manager at Herbst Musciano Architects & Planners, and President & Co-Founder of Glendale Communications, Inc. Early career at Prudential Financial involved various responsibilities in sales support and marketing. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lycoming College, with a minor in English Literature.
