Matt Heath has a diverse work experience history. Matt started their career as a Sales Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings in 2015 and progressed to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, where they effectively managed employees and oversaw vehicle fleets. In 2016, they joined Adecco and took on the role of Regional Account Director, where they achieved recognition as the "Rookie of the Year" for closing significant deals. Matt also served as a Senior Branch Manager, excelling in sales and establishing strong client relationships. Matt then moved to Robert Half in 2019, where they became a Client Service Director and later a Staffing Manager. Their expertise in finance and accounting and their ability to provide top-level professionals for client's projects and interim needs contributed to their success in these positions. Currently, Matt works at Extension, Inc as an Account Executive and Sales Leader, where they drive sales of practice area services, manages the Account Executive team, and provides training and mentorship to new hires.
