Over the years, they progressed within the company, holding positions such as Director of Staffing - Administrative Professional Division and Senior Account Executive. Most recently, they served as the Director of Training & Technology, overseeing training programs and technology integration. Jackie then went on to study at Marquette University from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Advertising with a focus on Marketing and Spanish. In 2010, Jackie also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they further enhanced their Spanish language skills.
