Jackie Avallone (Marcello), CTS has extensive work experience in various roles in sales, training, and management. Jackie started their career in 2010 as an Account Executive for Marquette Student Media at Marquette University, where they were responsible for selling advertising for campus-wide media sources. Jackie then joined Magellan Promotions, LLC in 2011 as an Account Manager, managing client sales accounts and facilitating internal product and sales initiatives. In 2012, Jackie joined Extension, Inc as an Account Manager/Recruiter, where they played a key role in matching top employers with qualified candidates. Over the years, they progressed within the company, holding positions such as Director of Staffing - Administrative Professional Division and Senior Account Executive. Most recently, they served as the Director of Training & Technology, overseeing training programs and technology integration. Jackie's work experience showcases their expertise in sales, account management, recruitment, and training.

Jackie Avallone (Marcello), CTS attended Divine Savior Holy Angels High School from 2003 to 2007, where they received their high school education. Jackie then went on to study at Marquette University from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Advertising with a focus on Marketing and Spanish. In 2010, Jackie also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they further enhanced their Spanish language skills.
