Michael Caalim serves as the Regional Director of Field Sales at Extended Stay America since August 2022, overseeing a portfolio of 11 properties in Fremont, San Jose, and Silicon Valley, California. In this role, Michael is tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the region. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures from May 2021 to August 2022.
