Wilma Stephens has over a decade of experience in professional training and coaching, currently facilitating sessions for Extended DISC® across multiple countries since January 2012. As the owner of Wilma Stephens Coaching since January 2010, Wilma specializes in executive coaching, focusing on behavioral change, strategic thinking, and goal setting. Wilma has certified hundreds of professionals in Extended DISC methodologies and holds a Certified Business and Life Coach designation from Coach Training Alliance, complemented by a foundational education from Laurentian University.
