Verity Ball has worked in various roles in the medical and pharmaceutical sales industry since 2006. In 2006, they began their career as a Medical Sales Representative at Quintiles. Verity then moved to Hollister Incorporated in 2007, where they worked as a Territory Manager. In 2008, they joined North 51 as a Business Development Executive. After a year, they joined Johnson & Johnson as an Executive Territory Manager and worked there for four years. In 2013, they joined Merz Pharma as a Regional Account Manager and then moved to the role of Aesthetic Account Manager. In 2018, they joined Vitrolife as an Account Manager. In 2020, they moved to Planer Limited as a Senior UK Sales Executive and is currently working as a Sales & Business Partnership Manager at ExSeed Health since 2022.

Verity Ball's education history began with Blessed William Howard from 1992 to 1995. Verity then attended Alleynes High School from 1995 to 1997, followed by Stafford College from 1997 to 2000. Finally, they graduated from Nottingham Trent with a BSc in Psychology in 2003.
