Noelle Lewis serves as the Director of Talent and Development for Exro Technologies Inc., part of the Exro People and Culture Team since July 2023. Prior to this role, Noelle held various positions at EVgo from August 2013 to August 2023, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as serving as a Human Resources Generalist. At Crowdsourcing.org, Noelle contributed to business operations from 2010 to June 2013. Earlier in Noelle's career, experience included serving as an SVP Wealth Management Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from April 2009 to 2010, where strategic partnerships were established with Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors, and as part of Premier Banking at Bank of America from November 1999 to April 2009. Noelle holds a B.S. in Management with a focus on Business Administration from Pepperdine University and has furthered education at The George Washington University.
