Mircea Nicolae is an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in developing and implementing IT infrastructure and business processes within the organizations. Currently serving at Expur - Group Avril since January 2014, Mircea has successfully overseen strategic IT initiatives, including the implementation of a comprehensive IT security strategy and the establishment of a new server room. Previously, Mircea held the role of IT Manager at Cristim 2 Prodcom, achieving significant IT cost reductions while enhancing service levels and leading the deployment of a centralized BI solution. Mircea also has experience as a Business Systems Manager, focusing on project management and process improvements, and served as a Database Administrator, ensuring the security and availability of business systems. Mircea holds a Master's degree in IT&C Security from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Economics from the same institution.
