Manal Altwairqe, PHRi®, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Manal is currently working as the Senior Manager of Talent & Career Development at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, where they are responsible for designing talent management and performance management policies, as well as creating leadership assessment and development programs. Manal also oversees employee onboarding and engagement initiatives, resulting in a high program satisfaction rate of 94%.

Prior to their current role, Manal worked as a Freelancer trainer, designing and delivering workshops on creating cohesive teams using the Five Dysfunctions of a Team framework. Manal Altwairqe, PHRi®, obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Leadership & Administrative from Gannon University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the University of Washington in 2012 and 2013, focusing on ELP (English Language Program).

In 2007, Manal obtained a B.A. Degree in Business Administration of Human Resources from King AbdulAziz University, which they completed in 2010.

Manal has also earned several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2018, they became a certified facilitator through MTa Learning. The following year, in 2019, Manal obtained a Certificate in Next Generation Performance Management & Performance Appraisals from Informa Middle East. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™) designation from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

Their most recent certification, "The Positive Leader: Deep Change and Organizational Transformation," was obtained from the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in December 2022.
