Crystal Nguyen is the CEO of Anova Consulting LLC, an independent consultancy focusing on applications of data science to strategic business decisions. Prior to this role, Crystal held various positions at Expressworks International, including Data Analytics Practice Lead and Manager. Crystal also has experience at Accenture as a Project Manager and Management Consultant, where Crystal led various projects involving program governance, financial forecasting, change readiness, and training strategy. Crystal's background includes a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and experience as a Lead Research Assistant at the Texas Institute for Child and Family Wellbeing.
