Michael Rengel is an accomplished retail merchandising executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Merchant and Senior Vice President of Merchandising at EXPRESS since December 2019, Rengel previously held the position of Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for Men’s & Outlet at Belk from April 2017 to December 2019. Rengel's career includes significant roles at American Eagle Outfitters, Pacific Sunwear, Abercrombie and Fitch, and May Merchandising Company, showcasing a strong background in men's fashion and sportswear. Rengel began the professional journey as a Store Manager at the Supermarket of Shoes. Rengel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Saint Louis University.
