Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability, a role held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
