Sarah Holmes is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical coordination, travel nursing, and nursing management. Currently serving as a Clinical Coordinator at Providence since March 2024, Sarah also has a long-standing role as a Travel Nurse with Express Healthcare Professionals of Oregon, specializing in PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg. Previous positions include Nursing Manager at Pathways Clinic, Clinical Director in a part-time capacity, Nursing Instructor at Sumner College, Public Health Nurse at Clark County Public Health, and School Nurse for ESD112. Sarah began a nursing career with roles at Sacred Heart Hospital and Sacred Heart Medical Group. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pensacola Christian College, earned in 1998.
