Brian Swogger has held a variety of positions across several organizations. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Project Manager at the US Army. Brian then moved to the White House Communications Agency as a Senior Project Manager from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Senior Manager Network Operations at Joint Interagency for the US Army, where they planned and executed telecommunication activities for the Joint Special Operations Command. Brian also served as a Senior Operations Advisor to the CIO and a Senior Manager Business Operations, providing support to 63 agencies throughout the US. Most recently, they were a Senior Program Manager at Expression Networks LLC.

Brian Swogger has an extensive education history. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a field of study in Computer Science from American Public University in 2020. Brian is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from the same university. Brian has obtained various certifications, such as ACQ 1010 Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management from the Defense Acquisition University in 2022, ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2020, AN/PRC-117G Communication System from L3Harris Technologies in 2019, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2021, and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in 2015.
