Pascal Pohl has diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Pascal worked at Kuhn Bau GmbH from January 2012 to May 2022, starting as a Projektentwickler and later taking on the role of Vertriebsingenieur. In April 2022, they became the Geschäftsführer. Additionally, Pascal Pohl co-founded Expozed1 in April 2020 and served as the CEO.

Pascal Pohl completed their education at Fachhochschule Biberach, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Projektmanagement. Pascal completed their studies in 2017.
