Currently serving as the Director of People and Talent at VDX.tv since March 2020, Parul has held several key positions including Associate Director of People Success and Senior People Success Business Partner for India and APAC. Previous experience includes significant HR roles at Exponential, Integreon, Grail Insights, and Evalueserve.com Pvt. Ltd., where core responsibilities encompassed talent management, performance appraisal, employee engagement, and learning and development. Parul holds a PGDBM in Marketing from NIILM and a Bachelor of Commerce from Lucknow University.
