Ashok Goel is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of People and Talent at VDX.tv since March 2020. Prior to this role, Goel held various positions at Exponential from November 2007 to March 2020, including Senior Manager of People Success for India and APAC, and Manager of Human Resources for APAC. Earlier experience includes a role as Executive HR at Infogain from October 2003 to November 2007. Goel holds a PGHRM from Amity University and a B.Com from Delhi University, complemented by a two-year diploma in Software Engineering from SCMI, New Delhi.
