Beth Mort Hibbert has a strong work experience in the legal field. Beth started their career in 1997 as a Contracts Officer at Racal Defence in Crawley. In 2001, they moved to Fibernet UK Limited as a Legal Manager, where they worked until 2008. Beth then joined Exponential-e Limited and held the position of Head of Legal from 2008 to 2019. Currently, they serve as the Legal Director at Exponential-e Limited.

Beth Mort Hibbert studied at the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and Business Studies.
