Andrew Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andrew is currently working as the Finance Director at Exponential-e since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Finance Director (Vysiion - an Exponential-e Group Company) from April 2020 to April 2023. Andrew also served as the Head of FP&A at Exponential-e from September 2017 to April 2023. In 2018, Andrew co-founded and managed Team LDN Ltd. Before that, they worked at CDW UK in various roles including Services Finance Manager, Senior FP&A Analyst, International Accountant & Business Analyst, and Cost Accountant. Andrew began their career at Principality Building Society as a Group Forecasting Analyst and also worked at Barclaycard as a Finance Executive Projects & Systems and Reconciliations Controller.

Andrew Morris completed their bachelor's degree in Accounting & Economics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued further education and completed a C of HE degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2008.
