Roma Mukhi is currently working as an Associate Business Intelligence Engineer at Exponentia.ai since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Sip N Surf Multi Communication Center from August 2019 to September 2021, where they were responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the client's firm and performing data analysis using Excel and Tableau. During their tenure, the client's firm witnessed a significant increase in sales and employee performance. Before that, Roma served as an Analytics Intern at UNICEF India from May 2018 to July 2018, where they focused on exploring software for data analysis and visualization for communicating rural development. Their responsibilities included creating geographical visualizations using QGIS and analyzing data using SQL and R.

Roma Mukhi completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Business Analytics from Vivekanand Education Society Institute Of Management Studies and Research between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Watumull Institute Of Electronic Engineering And Computer Technology from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Roma has obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they completed the "DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI" certification from Microsoft. In May 2021, they acquired the "DP - 900: Azure Data Fundamentals" certification, also from Microsoft. In November 2020, they obtained the "AZ - 900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals" certification. Furthermore, in September 2020, they completed "The Business Intelligence Analyst Course 2020" certification from Udemy.
