Dilpreet Singh, Sc.D. has a diverse work experience. Dilpreet started their career as a Summer Research Intern at the Particle Technology Lab at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2012. Dilpreet then worked as a Teaching Assistant and a Voluntary Tutor at the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Dilpreet joined Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a Doctoral Student at the Center for Nanotechnology & Nanotoxicology. Dilpreet also served as a Teaching Assistant and Mentor at the Department of Environmental Health from 2016 to 2018.

Dilpreet took on various roles at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, including a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Environmental Health Nanoscience Lab from 2019 to 2022. During their time there, they conducted research on micro-nano-plastics, SARS-CoV-2 surrogate human coronavirus, wood burning and wildfire emissions, electronic cigarette vaping, and nanoparticles released from nano building materials.

In addition to their work at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Dilpreet was a Researcher and Coordinator at Harvardā€“NTU Initiative for Sustainable Nanotechnology (SusNano) from 2017 to 2020. Dilpreet also volunteered at the Harvard Chanā€“National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) Center as part of the Community Engagement Core in 2019.

Furthermore, Dilpreet was involved in the U.S. National Nanotechnology Initiative - QEEN II Conference in 2018, where they served as the Co-Chair of the "Meet the New Investigators" Breakout Session.

Lastly, Dilpreet is currently employed at Exponent as a Senior Scientist in the Health Sciences division since 2022.

Following this, they pursued an M.S. in Environmental Engineering at the University of Southern California from 2011 to 2013.

To further enhance their expertise, Dilpreet undertook a cross-registered course in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015.
