Chad Crews has extensive experience in both quality assurance and political leadership. Since September 2010, Chad has worked at ExponentHR, advancing from Quality Assurance Engineer to Quality Assurance Benefits Testing Group Manager. In addition to this role, Chad serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Outlast Youth since August 2018. Chad held various leadership positions within the Dallas County Young Democrats, including President and Vice President, and contributed as DFW Regional Director for Texas Young Democrats. A founder and former President of Downtown Dallas Democrats, Chad also served as Political Affairs Chair for Stonewall Democrats of Dallas and chaired the Coordination and Strategic Planning subcommittee of the Citizen Homelessness Commission for the City of Dallas. Previous work includes organizing with the Dallas County Democratic Party and managing a campaign for Lina Khalil for Rowlett City Council. Chad's educational background includes studies at Drexel University and St. Mark's School of Texas.
