Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects for startups, enterprises, and government entities are supported through training and mentorship. Micha founded managination in July 2005, aiming to enhance the software development landscape with dynamic and reliable processes. Previously, Micha held key positions such as Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to advancements in self-sovereign finance and decentralized infrastructure for the energy industry. Additional experience includes roles as Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge. Micha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional coursework in fintech at MIT.
