Dean Rippon is a Technical Communications Specialist at Exponant since January 2022, focusing on compiling incident reports and monthly reporting on Vodacom Business network performance. Previously, Dean served as a Technical Writer and Software Tester at Pandoran from April 2021 to January 2022, contributing to user help articles and performing manual functional testing in an Agile environment.
