Anngela Chavez BScCE, MRICS, MPICQS, ACIArb is a highly skilled contracts and cost management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Contracts at Expo 2020 Dubai, Anngela has effectively managed the interim payment certification process for the Expo development since October 2016.
