Taylor Hanratty is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Exploria Resorts since June 2021, Taylor previously held the role of Corporate Recruiter at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant Banquet Manager at Hyatt Regency and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton. Taylor began a career in hospitality as a Banquet Captain at Beale Street Blues Company from January 2015 to July 2018. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College.
