Kimberly Cosgrove has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Associate Art Director at Carbon since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Designer and Junior Designer at the same company. Before joining Carbon, Kimberly worked as a Freelance Designer & Illustrator from 2016 to 2020. Kimberly also gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Wannalancit Mills, where they researched and created a design panel for St. Joseph's Hospital and the Lowell community. Additionally, they worked as a Brand Identity Designer at DKC Sailing in 2016. Kimberly's earliest work experience was as a Merchandise Associate at TJ Maxx, where they showcased their ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Kimberly Cosgrove attended Masconomet Regional High School from 2010 to 2014. After high school, they enrolled at North Shore Community College, where they studied liberal arts from 2014 to 2016. Following their time at North Shore, Kimberly pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2016 to 2020.
