Carli Adams serves as the Group Marketing Manager at Explore Asheville Convention & Visitors Bureau since July 2022, providing marketing support and managing projects to enhance the success of the Business Development team. Prior to this role, Carli held the position of Group Communications & Services Manager at Explore Asheville Meetings & Conventions from August 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic marketing communications for group tourism. Carli's career began at Explore Asheville Convention & Visitors Bureau as a Convention Service Manager from 2006 to 2014, focusing on client services and event planning. Carli's early experience includes working as a Gallery Assistant at Trailside Galleries from 2004 to 2006, where responsibilities involved daily operations and marketing tasks. Carli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology with an Art Minor from Appalachian State University.
