Liliana Moccia has a diverse work experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Liliana currently holds the position of Talent Attraction Expert at Explora Journeys, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MSC Cruises, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from January 2022 to February 2023 and as a Casino Personnel Coordinator from October 2021 to March 2022. Before MSC Cruises, Liliana worked at Your Private Italy as a Luxury Travel Designer and Consultant from January 2018 to October 2020. Liliana also gained experience as a Concierge at Rocco Forte Hotels in May 2017 and as a Front Desk Supervisor & Guest Relations Manager Assistant at MSC Cruises from March 2014 to November 2016. Their earlier experience includes working as a Guest Service Agent at MSC Cruises from November 2011 to March 2014 and as a Hostess at Stazione marittima Napoli from July 2008 to October 2011.

Liliana Moccia has a Master's degree (Laurea Magistrale LM) in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, which they obtained from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2011. In 2023, they will complete a postgraduate course in Recruiting: the recruitment process and the Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) at MeliusForm Business School. In 2017, Liliana also completed a postgraduate master degree in Tourism Quality Management at UNINFORM GROUP. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus program at Heidelberg University in 2007-2008 and studied English as a foreign language at Stevenson College Edinburgh in 2005-2006.
