Dusan Kascelan is an experienced maritime electrical engineer, currently serving as Chief ETO at Explora Journeys since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dusan held the position of First Electro Technical Officer at Regent Seven Seas Cruises from October 2022 to June 2023. Dusan's career includes significant tenure at Dream Cruises-Genting Hong, where responsibilities included roles as 1st Electrical Engineer on MV World Dream and Electrical Engineer between January 2014 and April 2022. Dusan also worked at Star Cruises from January 2014 to September 2020 and at MSC Cruises as 1st ETO from June 2007 to January 2014, demonstrating a strong background in electrical engineering within the cruise industry.
