Aaron Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, operations, and leadership, currently serving as Managing Partner at ExploDynamics since October 2023. Prior to this, Aaron worked as an Engineer at Transportation Technology Center, Inc. from May 2014 to September 2023, focusing on communication and train control projects. Notably, Aaron held various leadership roles in the US Army, including Company Commander and Operations Officer for an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, where responsibilities included coordinating with law enforcement and managing EOD operations. Earlier military experience spans positions such as Operations Officer, Platoon Leader, and Ordnance Officer, with a strong emphasis on training and operational readiness. Aaron began a career in the United States Air Force as a Fuel Technician. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Physics from McMurry University and additional coursework at Cisco College.
