Jennifer Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Explico, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as the Operations Manager at Explico from May 2018 to December 2021. Jennifer also served as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at the same company from August 2017 to April 2018.

Furthermore, Jennifer has also gained internship experience. Jennifer worked as a Software Engineering Intern at National Instruments in 2006 and as an Electrical and Computer Engineering Intern at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems in 2004.
Jennifer Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering with minors in Business and Spanish at The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2007. During their time at university, they also studied Spanish language and art at the Universidad de Salamanca starting in 2005. In 2016, Jennifer obtained a certification in Performance-Based Hiring from LinkedIn.
