Jean-Baptiste Gaillac has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Lead Customer Success at eXplain, an AI company specializing in working with the public sector. In 2012, Gaillac worked as the Sales Development Head at O2 (Home Services), where they were responsible for prospecting storekeepers, connecting with partner insurance companies, monitoring customer relations, and evaluating service quality to meet customer needs.
Jean-Baptiste Gaillac earned a Master's degree in Marketing/Business engineering from ESSCA between 2011 and 2016. In 2013-2014, they pursued an International semester at Northwood University. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat in Economic and Social with the distinctions of "well" mention and "international" mention at Sainte-Marie private High School in Caen, France between 2009 and 2011.
