Karen Falandays has over three decades of experience in training and consulting, currently serving as a Page Expert for Outlook at Experts Exchange since 2002. In parallel, Karen has been a Training Specialist with ONLC Training Centers, delivering full-day webinars in various software applications. Additionally, Karen is a Corporate Software Training Consultant with PC Resource, focusing on instructor-led training methods. Previous roles include Global Trainer for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Migration Training Specialist at NIMH, and Trainer at Logical Operations. Karen holds an MBA in Operations from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in Elementary Education and Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
