Liz Ebbs-Brewer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in permanent recruitment management across diverse sectors in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. Currently serving as Manager of Recruitment Services at Expertise Group since March 2017, Liz oversees a recruitment team and partners with local and international clients to fill a wide range of roles, from C-suite executives to junior staff in areas such as re/insurance, banking, and legal. With prior roles at SteppingStones Recruitment Ltd and Expertise Group, Liz also led graduate recruitment strategies at Teach First, significantly enhancing the organization's brand presence among top universities. Liz holds an MSci in Physics and Astronomy from Durham University and has qualified through the Teach First Leadership Development Programme.
