Kafilat Rasheedmuri possesses a diverse professional background with a focus on customer experience and data analysis. Currently serving in dual roles as a Permit Officer at SGI and a Business Analyst at Expertedge Consulting Group since January and July 2023, respectively, Kafilat has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and analytical roles. Previous positions include Customer Service Associate at HGS, Customer Experience Analyst at E.Ekesons Transport, and Front Office/Administrative Manager at The WoodMarble Hotel. Kafilat's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences and a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology, both from the University of Lagos.
