Viktoria Baranyi has an extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Viktoria started their career at First Remit as a Support Centre Operator in 2004 and then worked at EDS (HP) as an IT Service Desk agent and Lotus Notes SME from 2005 to 2007. Viktoria later joined Grafton Recruitment as an IT Recruitment Consultant from 2007 to 2010 and then worked at Kelly Services as a Senior IT & Engineering Recruitment Consultant from 2010 to 2015. Viktoria further expanded their expertise as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at evosoft from 2015 to 2016 and as a Freelancer specializing in senior recruitment from 2017 to 2020. Most recently, they held positions at GreenSearch Kft. as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Digitalization Business Unit Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Recruiter at Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global), where they focus on building strong partnerships with clients in the recruitment industry.

Viktoria Baranyi completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2005 at the University of Pécs. Viktoria earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources during this time.
