Lubos Novak is an experienced Team Lead Manager in software development, currently leading the Ordering Team at Expersoft Systems since April 2021, overseeing a team of 25 professionals including analysts, developers, testers, and support staff. Prior to this role, Lubos served in a similar capacity at Whitestein Technologies from December 2014 to March 2021, managing a team of 12 individuals and holding various positions including IT Analyst and IT QA Test Lead. Lubos has a robust background in quality assurance and testing, with experience in test planning, execution, and automation utilizing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and more. Lubos holds an Engineer's degree in Business Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the Technical University of Košice.
