Software Engineering Manager at Experlogix

Maximo Valadez began their work experience in 2014 at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) as an I.T. Incident Manager, where they implemented ITSM standards and utilized the ITIL 2011 framework for Incident Management until May 2016. From May 2016 to December 2017, they worked at ASM Research as a Major I.T. Incident Manager, following the ITIL 2011 framework for unplanned interruptions or reductions in the quality of IT services. Since December 2017, Maximo has been employed at Experlogix, starting as a Technical Support Engineer L3 until April 2019. Maximo then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer until October 2021 when they became the Software Engineering Manager.

Maximo Valadez began their education in 2008 when they attended Salt Lake Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology. After completing their associate degree, Maximo pursued further education in the field of software development. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Davis Technical College, focusing on a software development emphasis in computer software engineering.

Maximo's educational journey continued at Western Governors University from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Development. Throughout their education, Maximo also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2008, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. In 2014, they earned the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft. Continuing their professional development, Maximo obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018. Maximo also acquired two certifications from Certification Partners (CIW) in 2019: the CIW User Interface Designer and the CIW Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 Specialist. Lastly, Maximo earned the CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA in 2018.
