Eli Philpott began their work experience in September 2015 as a Swim Instructor and Life Guard at New Albany Country Club. They started as a life guard and were later promoted to swimming instructor, where they conducted private swim lessons for children aged 2 to 12. In January 2017, Eli joined The Results Companies as a New Agent "Coach" and Customer Service Representative until October 2018. Recently, in February 2019, Eli started working as a Junior Software Engineer at Experlogix, Inc.

Eli Philpott is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Utah Valley University, with an expected completion date in 2022. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they attended The Ohio State University, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science.
