Flavia Rabelo's work experience includes being the Managing Director at Experimento Intercambio Cultural, where they were the owner and manager of the first branch in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. Flavia also worked as an Intern at UN-HABITAT, assisting with fund raising for water and sanitation projects. Additionally, they were a Sustainability Analyst Jr. at Conestoga-Rovers Associates, a Sustainability Intern at Monsanto, and a Business Intelligence Intern at Dow Chemical. Flavia also worked as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant at ESPM Social and was the President of the International Relations Student Council at ESPM.

Flavia Rabelo obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2007 to 2011. Flavia then pursued a Master's degree in Sustainable Territorial Development at the STEDE Sustainable Territorial Development - Erasmus Mundus Program from 2012 to 2014. Flavia also attended the Youth Encounter on Sustainability in Serbia as a summer school program in 2013. In 2018, they completed a short course in Gestão e Liderança de Equipes at Centro de Ensino Empresarial - CEEM FGV.
