Maria Robertson, CTA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and community relations. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation since May 2024, Maria has also held significant roles at Metron Integrated Health Systems, including Director of Communications and Director of Community Relations, where relationship-building with key community groups and professionals has been paramount. Additionally, Maria contributes as an Airport Ambassador at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport and previously worked in sales and marketing at Gaines Chamber of Commerce. With foundational roles in various health and community organizations, Maria has cultivated expertise in business development, strategic relationships, and community engagement throughout a career that began in 2004.
