Melisa Stanwood has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, having held various senior positions at notable companies including Experian, DAQRI, SpaceX, and Eli Lilly and Company. At Experian, positions included Director of HR and Sr. HR Business Partner. At DAQRI, Melisa served as Director of Global Training and Leadership Development and Human Potential Manager. Previous roles at SpaceX involved Human Resources Manager and HR Project Specialist/HR Representative. Melisa began their career at Eli Lilly and Company, where roles included Associate Brand Manager for Alliance Payer Strategy and Specialty Senior Sales Representative.
